• Most standard orders* can be filled with a 48-hours' advance notice, minimum.

• Orders with less than 48-hours' notice cannot be filled. Orders with only 48-hours' notice are subject to a 15% rush fee. 

• Large orders (such as bulk items and grazing tables) require a minimum of 14 days' notice. 

• Payment for standard orders* is due 10 days in advance, or upon invoice receipt, whichever is sooner.

• Orders will be confirmed through invoice emails.  Unpaid orders cannot be filled.
