Our Story

Hospitality and creativity have long been a part of my life, and the spillover into a business felt natural for me! I thrive on creating spaces and event feelings that allow people to relax and enjoy themselves, brought together over a beautiful meal or arrangement of food. Boards and Bites was born out of a desire to bring beautiful food arrangements to your homes and events, allowing the details of appetizers or food to be well taken care of, so that you can better enjoy your time with guests or the event!

1 / Where are you located?

We are based out of Ballston Spa. At this time, we do not have a traditional brick and mortar shop. We work out of a commercial licensed and inspected kitchen, and can coordinate order pickups and deliveries. 

2 / Do you deliver? 

Yes! Both order pickup (free) in downtown Ballston Spa and deliveries throughout the Capital region (fees vary based on distance) are available. 

3 / How do I order?

Check out the "Menu" page for offerings based on size, then head to the "Order Here" page to place an inquiry. When an inquiry is received, we will be in touch to confirm details, then send over an invoice with a secure online checkout link. Once orders are finalized and payment is complete, your order is on the schedule and confirmed! All orders need at least 48-hours' notice (orders with only 48-hours' notice will be subject to a rush fee). Orders must be paid in full, in advance in order to be filled.
